Quaker sells frozen lines

Van de Kamp's, St. Louis-based frozen seafood marketer, said it will acquire Quaker Oats Co.'s Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast products and Celeste frozen pizza products businesses. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. The combined sales of the Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast products and Celeste frozen pizza businesses for 1995 were approximately $175 million, with Aunt Jemima generating about 55% of sales, the company said.
