Chicago interactive agency Quantum Leap added five to its staff. Miguel Gonzalez, formerly group creative director at Modem Media-Poppe Tyson, New York, was named new media executive. David Hernandez, former creative partner at the Leap Partnership, a traditional Chicago agency that shares owners with Quantum, was named senior creative director. Tom Raith, creative director, also has joined Quantum Leap from the Leap Partnership, where he was a creative partner and copywriter. David Tynan, formerly account service executive at Modem Media-Poppe Tyson, Chicago, was named account director; and Anne Angoli, formerly interactive media planner at Laughlin/Constable, Milwaukee, was named media planner.
