QVC makes $15 million investment in The Knot

Home shopping network QVC has made a $15 million investment in The Knot, an online wedding site and gift registry. The Knot will use the funds to grow its online gift registry and increase its offline brand efforts. In addition, The Knot will leverage QVC's existing retail channels, distribution infrastructure and product inventory to expand its offerings and customer support, the company said.
