Digital Courier International and Arbitron Co. said they will develop an information network for radio called the Radio Exchange. Designed to make business transactions in the industry more efficient, it will provide two-way and online communication for stations, ad agencies and reps and allow easier access to market data, products and services. No date was given for the startup.
