Radio Shack is mulling a move of its $100 million media account to Carat
USA, New York, from Time Buying Services. An executive familiar with the situation cautioned that the Carat deal, while under consideration, was not yet done. Don Carroll, Radio Shack's senior director-marketing, declined comment. Time Buying Service and Carat couldn't be reached at press time.
