Raiders leaving L.A.

Los Angeles Raiders owner Al Davis announced Friday that he wants to move his National Football League franchise back to Oakland. If the other NFL owners approve the move, it will leave the league without a team in the second-biggest TV market in the U.S. NFL most likely will offer a refund to NBC, as it did for Fox when the Los Angeles Rams moved to St. Louis earlier this year.
