RainDay.com, New York, planning to launch an insurance Web site Nov. 1, selected 2 Guys Who Do Ads to handle its estimated $3 million account. The Web site will provide weather protection to consumers for major sporting events and is owned by Worldwide Weather Insurance Agency. 2 Guys Who Do Ads will create TV and print advertising that will break in New York and Toronto, and roll out nationwide in the U.S. and Canada by the end of the year. Tagline for the campaign is "When it rains ... it pays."
