(July 5, 2001) -- In a proxy statement filed by i-shop Razorfish on Tuesday, the company made several disclosures about its management team, among them that former CEO Jeff Dachis and former Chief Strategy Officer Craig Kanarick resigned from the post of co-chairmen on June 13.

The two company founders had said they would remain as co-chairmen when they announced on May 2 their resignations from their day-to-day responsibilities.

The proxy statement, which announces that the company will have its annual meeting on Aug. 3, also states that Mr. Dachis was paid $750,000 as part of the terms of his separation agreement and that Mr. Kanarick was paid $400,000.

The statement also notes that CEO Jean-Philippe Maheu, who took the reins from Mr. Dachis in May, has voluntarily agreed to reduce his salary to $300,000 from $400,000.

In other Razorfish news, the company has closed its Helsinki office and laid off 60 employees there, according to published reports.

Razorfish officials did not return calls to confirm the office closing. --Catharine P. Taylor and Adrienne Mand
