Razorfish Merges With i-Cube

Razorfish Inc. today announced it will merge with i-Cube, a provider of electronic business transformation services. The deal, which combines Razorfish1s Digital Change Management service with i-Cub1s consulting and integration services, is valued at about $677 million; each share of i-Cube will be exhanged for 0.875 shares of Razorfish. The combined company, named Razorfish, will be headquartered in New York City, employing 1,000 people in 11 cities.
