Think rebuts class action lawsuit

Responding to a class action lawsuit filed against it in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York last week, Think New Ideas issued a statement Sept. 28 in which it called the suit "without merit," and said it would defend vigorously against it. Several lawsuits allege the company and certain officers manipulated asset and liability accounts to report increasing earnings and revenues.
