Red Dog gets site

Miller Brewing Co.'s Red Dog beer on May 29 launches its Web site with a Route 66 theme, allowing users to "visit" landmarks in eight Midwest and Western states. BBDO, Toronto, created the site; the agency split this month from Miller's Plank Road Division, which markets Red Dog. A decision on the assignment is expected as early as this week.

InfoTravel to expand to Chicago
Bell Atlantic's InfoTravel, a TV-based interactive Yellow Pages service, said it will begin offering its service in Chicago. Currently offered to Hilton Hotels, Marriott Corp. and Crowne Royal hotels in Washington, D.C., the ad-supported service targets consumers looking for restaurants and entertainment options while travelling. Bell Atlantic next plans to launch InfoTravel in San Francisco-area hotels.
