RedEnvelope, an online gift retailer, picked San Francisco-based interactive agency SF Interactive to handle interactive marketing duties. SF Interactive launched RedEnvelope's first wireless ad for Father's Day. The full campaign will call on a broad range of media to continue RedEnvelope's sales momentum and brand development. The direct response initiative lets users click-through the ad to be connected directly to RedEnvelope's call center to buy a gift over the phone. As RedEnvelope's online agency of record, SF Interactive will manage all online media buying and consult on all online business development agreements. SF Interactive will also collaborate on creative development with RedEnvelope's offline agency, San Francisco-based Leagas Delaney, for brand consistency across media. Size of the account was not disclosed.
