Reflect.com, San Francisco, the interactive cosmetics business formed last month by Procter & Gamble Co. and Institutional Venture Partners, tomorrow will name Critical Mass, Calgary, Alberta, as its interactive agency of record. The small shop was chosen because of "their work in one-to-one personalized interactive solutions,'' including Mercedes-Benz's mbusa.com site, said Nathan D. Estruth, VP-marketing of Reflect.com and marketing director-beauty care for P&G.
