Regus breaks U.K. leg of European campaign

LONDON -- Regus, a leading provider of fully serviced, turnkey business centers, has launched a $1.2 million U.K. advertising campaign that employs advertising in newspapers, magazines, inserts, radio, direct mail, the Internet and taxis. With an overall European budget of more than $16 million, Regus recently launched similar campaigns in France and Germany and is planning ones for Belgium and Spain during June.

Staines-based agency Big Stick Advertising created the campaign while London-based DWS handled media buying. Online advertising is handled by CHBi Razorfish.

Regus International Marketing Director Jonathan Dutton says, ``This `Global Village' campaign will use both established and new media routes to raise awareness amongst our decision-making target office. A significant element of the campaign will also be directresponse focused, in order to support Regus' 42 U.K. business centers.''

Regus operates 190 fully-serviced business centers, encompassing more than 8,000 highspecification individual office in 34 countries.
