NBC has reorganized its research department, giving a number of employees new titles and responsibilities. Sari DeCesare has been promoted to VP-audience measurement; Randi Schneider has been named director, audience measurement; Monica Giunco was made manager, sales/marketing research; Andrea Adams has been promoted to administrator, entertainment research; William Rebman is now director, sports research; Heather Hart has been named projects manager, NBC research.
