Revlon exec shuffle continues

Published on .

Kathy Dwyer resigned as president of Revlon Consumer Products USA, New York, effective Jan. 3. In a statement, Ms. Dwyer said she's considering CEO spots with consumer and Internet companies. Her resignation follows the Nov. 2 resignation of Revlon CEO George Fellows, who led an unsuccessful effort to sell the company to pay down its debt. A Revlon spokesman said a decision on Ms. Dwyer's successor will be made by Revlon's new CEO, Jeffrey M. Nugent. Mr. Nugent, formerly worldwide president of Johnson & Johnson's Neutrogena Corp., assumes his new post Dec. 5. Another Revlon executive, Joseph E. Heid, yesterday was named president, chairman and CEO of apparel marketer Esprit de Corp., San Francisco. Mr. Heid, who resigned Nov. 17 as president of Revlon International, succeeds Jay Margolis, who resigned in September.
