DETROIT ( -- Chrysler Group's Dodge brand has become the corporate sponsor of rock and roll band Aerosmith.

It's the first of its kind for the 30-year-old band. Terms weren't disclosed, but the auto brand's vehicles will be highly visible at Aerosmith's "Just Push Play" concert tour of 48 cities.

A Dodge spokesman said the chances are good the band's music will be part of new ads by Omnicom Group's PentaMark Worldwide, Troy, Mich. He added that more tie-ins will be revealed in the next few months and that Omnicom's Arnell Group, New York, handled part of the deal.
