Ms. Crow was editor in chief of Conde Nast Publications' Mademoiselle from 1993-1999 and had been CEO and editorial director of Gruner & Jahr USA Publishing from 1988-1993. Ms. Crow will have offices in both New York and Emmaus and will report to Bar Newton, senior VP-managing director of the Women's Health Group.
