Rotter Kantor wins CNN-'Sports Illustrated' account

Independent agency Rotter Kantor, New York, won the print and on-line advertising account for a joint venture between AOL Time Warner's CNN and Sports Illustrated magazine. Billings on the account are estimated at $7 million.
