Rural Internet users find local content lacking

Residents of rural areas are much less satisfied with local Internet content than their big-city counterparts, according to a survey by Streetmail.com, an e-mail newsletter publisher. Nearly 75% indicated a preference for content produced by local residents for local residents. The survey of 1,000 Internet users was conducted by Streetmail and Greenfield Online in February.
