Russia's Bee Line seeks agency

Bee Line, Russia's No. 2 cellular company, is reviewing its estimated $10 million advertising business out of RAVI Video International.

Agencies pitching are believed to include Bcom3 Group's D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles and Interpublic Group of Cos.' Adventa Lowe-Lintas, according to agency insiders.

The review comes as Sonic Duo, the country's No. 3 GSM operator, plans to unveil a new ad campaign through Omnicom Group's BBDO Worldwide.

Bee Line reported 770,000 subscribers at the end of last year.
