Hewlett-Packard Co. said it awarded Saatchi & Saatchi, San Francisco, and sister shop Team One
, El Segundo, a project to handle the spring advertising launch campaign for home PCs. Saatchi is "looking to wow us, and we're looking forward to being wowed," said Scott Ragan, HP home PC ad manager. Possibly foreshadowing a review, Mr. Ragan's division decided not to award the ongoing estimated $15 million-to-$20 million account to Saatchi for now after HP's printer division put its Saatchi account up for review. The home PC division will decide its longer-term ad plans this spring.
