Salvati, Sakoda retire from Bozell

Phil Salvati and Ken Sakoda, two founders of the agency that became the southern California office of Bozell Worldwide, will retire at the end of the year. Messrs. Salvati and Sakoda and Scott Montgomery founded Salvati Montgomery Sakoda, Costa Mesa, Calif., in 1980, and it was acquired by Bozell in 1993. Mr. Salvati currently holds the title president, and Messrs. Sakoda and Montgomery are exec VPs and co-creative directors. Mr. Montgomery will remain at the agency, in the new post of executive creative director.
