Sam's Club site goes live

Sam's Club, a division of Wal-Mart Stores, Bentonville, Ark., launches its site June 22. Developed by Quantum Leap Communications, Chicago, a division of Leapnet, the site has personalized features including the ability for members to check the status of orders, cancellations, returns and exchanges. The site will sell everything from books and CDs to videos, computer software and office supplies. It will also sell commercial items including school and daycare equipment, vending machines and hospital linens.
