Sara Lee Hosiery taps Arnell for $18M account

Sara Lee Hosiery has reassigned its estimated $18 million Hanes account back to the Arnell Group, which held the account until three years ago, from Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising. Saatchi continues to handle the $30 million L'Eggs account and, according to executives close to Sara Lee, is in line for another assignment. The move was described as a realignment toward distinct brand image management, with Arnell chosen for its fashion and new-media expertise.
