Sara Lee meets

Sara Lee Corp., Chicago, held its annual board meeting Thursday at which Chairman John Bryan reviewed the measures the company would take to increase shareholder return and maintain profit levels at its various women's apparel brands. He said eight of the company brands would show sales of $500 million or more for fiscal 1996, including Hanes, Douwe Egberts, Hanes Her Way, Champion, Playtex, L'eggs, Hillshire Farm and Coach. Also, the Just My Size brand will launch a new line of denim apparel next spring.
