Saturn sets Japan debut

Saturn Corp. announced today it will sell right-hand drive cars at 14 outlets in Japan beginning next April. Saturn Japan said it has nearly 100 retailer candidates. "We have studied the Japanese market carefully and our product was developed to meet the needs of this market," said Donald W. Hudler, president of Saturn, at a press conference in Tokyo. "We are entering this market with a ten-year business plan and we intend to be a long term competitor in this market."
