Schlotzky's Inc., Austin, Texas, launched a closed review among three agencies to handle a $14 million network TV campaign, the first network effort for its growing Schlotzsky's Deli chain. The 736-unit chain previously handled spot TV in-house. Participating are McKinney & Silver, Raleigh, N.C.; Suissa Miller, Los Angeles; and Williams & McGarrah Jessee, Austin. A decision is expected next month. Western International Media, Los Angeles, is the consultant. The company said it will spend an additional $6 million in regional advertising.
