Schwarzkopf signs new deal with Turkish parther

ISTANBUL--The 46-year-old venturebetween German hair care giant Schwarzkopf and Turkey's Eczacibasi Holding is now an equal partnership.

A new company, Eczacibasi-Schwarzkopf Salon Products Marketing Inc., has been established to market Schwarzkopf's salon products. Dentsu Europe's Turkish affiliate, Istanbul-based RPM Radar/CDP Europe, handles advertising for the company. The product range of consists of Igora Royal hair dye, Igora professional hair dye, Bonacure Hair Care series, Silhouette Hair Styling products and Natural Styling perm products.

Founded in 1898, Berlin-based Schwarzkopf is one of the leading global companies in the professional salon products market. Istanbul-based Eczacibasi Holding, established in 1962, is one of Turkey's biggest conglomerates, with 35 companies and annual revenue $1.2 billion.
