Scott Paper Co. gave new color and design to its product line, adding a new Paper Caper paper dress this month in 1966. Coming in two sleeveless shift patterns, bandana and op art, the paper dress was first offered on NBC-TV's "Junior Miss Pageant," which Scott sponsored.

Clara Harris Cosmetics, in newspaper color page advertising, this month in 1945 opened a $5,000 promotion effort to find "the loveliest lips in the land."
