Seagram names TBWA for gin account

Seagram Americas has tapped TBWA Chiat/Day, New York, to handle Seagram's Extra Dry Gin, formerly handled by Ogilvy & Mather, also New York. Seagram spent $3.1 million on ads for the gin brand in 1997, according to Competitive Media Reporting.
