Seagram shifts executives

Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, New York, announced some changes in upper management of the Seagram Spirits & Wine Group as it begins the six-month process of forming a single management team located in New York that will replace the marketer's current regional and brand group structure. Under the new organization, Fernando Kfouri will continue as president-North America and Mikael Grahne will remain president-Latin America, but Anthony Froggatt succeeds Martin Frost as president-Europe and Africa, coming to Seagram from International Distillers & Vintners, where he was executive director-president, Europe; Winston Mah was promoted to president-chief operating officer for Asia-Pacific, succeeding Ramesh Vangal, who will continue as chairman through June 2000 and move on to new responsibilities. Still to be named is a chief marketing officer.
