Sears ties new line to PBS show

Sears, Roebuck & Co., Hoffman Estates, Ill., this spring launches a new line of children's clothing and accessories tied to the Public Broadcasting Service' "Between the Lions," a program aimed at helping children with reading skills. The Sears clothing line, which includes accessories such as backpacks, will be sold at 860 stores at prices from $14.99 to $23.99. Ogilvy & Mather and Y&R Advertising, New York and Chicago, handle Sears, but it couldn't be determined at deadline which would handle the new line.
