Sega of America Thursday awarded its estimated $60 million broadcast account for videogames to Ingalls Moranville Advertising, San Francisco, from among finalists including Foote, Cone & Belding and McCann-Erickson Worldwide, San Francisco; Dailey & Associates, Ground Zero and Bozell, all Los Angeles. The winning agency is a startup formed a few months ago by former executives of Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, San Francisco.
