Sega shifts media to McCann

Sega of America has awarded media buying and the print portion of its advertising account to McCann-Erickson Worldwide, San Francisco, from BBDO Worldwide, Los Angeles, for media, and a variety of agencies for print. Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco, continues as lead agency on broadcast TV and other creative; Mednick Group, Los Angeles, continues as Sega Saturn print agency. Total spending is estimated at $60 million.
