In a pool of four network TV spots that began airing last week, True Value Hardware shows the lengths its members will go to for its customers. These "true stories" include a Wyoming store delivering a bouquet of tools and a real parrot in Randolph, Vt., that gives customers advice. Another spot chronicles a woman who decided to paint a room to match her cat. Leo Burnett USA, Chicago, handles the effort, which includes print as well.
