Published on .

SFM/Media Planning is the new name for SFM Media, New York. SFM, acquired by Havas Advertising Group in 1998, since last year has been affiliated with Havas' Barcelona-based Media Planning Group. SFM/Media Planning Chief Operating Officer Steve Farella said the name change is to underscore SFM's connection with the Barcelona-based network. Also at SFM/Media Planning, Ray Dundas, 53, exec VP-network negotiations, was promoted to exec VP-director of national broadcast and chief of the media buying agency's national broadcast department, which handles spending in excess of $1 billion.
