Two "Men in Black"-style detectives investigate a boy's room in a humorous spot for Way to Glow, a collection of glow-in-the-dark stickers from University Games. The marketer, which generally sells board games, is making a branding push for a number of licensed products. The effort, from Zuckerman, Fernandes & Partners, San Francisco, breaks in mid-April on children's programming in spot markets and later on national cable and broadcast networks, for holiday sales. Spending is estimated at $2 million.
