Shell names single int'l agency

Shell International, London, will hand all advertising for its Oil Products division outside North America to J. Walter Thompson Co., led from London. The business covers more than 100 countries. No budget figure was given. The account previously was spread across agencies in different countries, which included JWT and sibling WPP network Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide. North America, managed separately, currently uses O&M, Houston.
