Published on .

Johnson & Johnson, New Brunswick, N.J., and Shiseido Co., Tokyo, signed a marketing agreement to expand distribution of hair- and skincare products in each other's markets. Under the agreement, Shiseido next month will form a new company called Prier Co., which will help J&J develop and market its Neutrogena line in Japan, and J&J will develop and market Shiseido's Super Mild shampoo brand throughout the Asia/Pacific region outside Japan. Additional projects will develop in the future, as the alliance continues.
