Shops form partnership

Media That Works, Cincinnati; the Newspaper Network, Sacramento; and Williams Worldwide, Santa Monica, Calif., formed a partnership, MTW Media Group, and expect combined billings of $501 million. The group said it will handle electronic media, national print, local newspaper and infomercial/direct response advertising, and work together to service current clients and develop new business.
