New site launches for high school journalism

Published on .

The new Bolt Reporter online aims to be the high school newspaper for America. The site, an offshoot of the Bolt teen site is written by top student journalists around the country and includes news, opinions, reviews and features. One of the more controversial sections of the site is ``Banned on Bolt,'' which showcases stories labeled unpublishable by high school administrations. The first banned story--originally written for a high school paper in Naperville, Ill., but yanked by the school's principal--is about a teacher convicted of sexually harassing a student.
