Site pays users for surfing

Published on .

Today permission marketer ePipo launches a service that pays consumers cash for surfing the Web. Users who sign up for the service must maintain ePipo's SurfWindow, a window with ads, on their computer screen while they surf. The ePipo service pays members 60 cents every hour they spend on the Internet, up to 50 hours a month. If users recruit friends into the program, they can increase their hourly rate.
