SiTV picks GarciaLKS Advertising

SiTV, Los Angeles, the Latino-themed English-language cable and satellite channel expected to launch this year, named GarciaLKS, San Antonio, to handle Hispanic and general market advertising. Agency CEO Lionel Sosa and Managing Director Luis Garcia will lead development of the creative effort, targeted to a youthful, urban and bicultural audience. Spending was not disclosed.
