Sky Alland launches as iSKY

Sky Alland, a customer loyalty company, is changing its name to iSKY to reflect the company's expanded Internet strategy as an outsourced real-time customer service company for e-commerce sites. The company has named Ruthanne Kurtas VP-marketing and corporate communications and selected Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Boston, as its agency of record. The initial launch budget for a business-to-business campaign is set at $6 million.
