LONDON -- Sky Television is reviewing its $29m U.K. media account following the exit in January of Chief Executive Christine Walker from Zenith Media, London, Sky TV's incumbent of five years.

Cordiant-owned Zenith is on the shortlist of three, pitched against Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide's The Network and Universal McCann. The creative account, held by The Design Clinic, is not affected by the move.

Jim Hytner, Sky TV's marketing director, admits that the departure of Walker from Zenith helped prompt the review. But he claims that the inclusion of The Network on the shortlist is not based on rumors that Walker might join the WPP Group to head a merger between the media departments of O&M and J Walter Thompson.

Walker, who was at Zenith since 1988, is replaced there by Graham Duff.
