Snyder buys 2 S.F. shops

Snyder Communications, Bethesda, Md., purchased two San Francisco agencies. Ingalls Moranville, a general agency, had been a subsidiary of Davis/Elen, Los Angeles. Ingalls will operate under Snyder's Arnold Communications unit. Also acquired was Rockpile, a year-old interactive agency. It will become a separate entity within Ingalls.
