There are "opportunities building from the last Congress, a lot of proactive opportunities. Last year we were able to reduce the affirmative disclosure requirements for automobile leasing. It's made a big difference in television advertising. This whole concept of reducing affirmative disclosures now will pass on to other areas.
"This year with the Federal Reserve Board, we have a real chance to work on finance and credit advertising. And then there's a whole new category of prescription-drug advertising. We want to open that up, particularly to consumers.
