SAN FRANCISCO (AdAge.com) -- CrossWorlds Software, Burlingame, Calif., in the process of being acquired by IBM Corp., will move its $4 million advertising account to IBM shop WPP Group's Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, New York, from Interpublic Group of Co.'s Foote, Cone & Belding, San Francisco.

CrossWorlds VP-marketing Greg Jorgensen said he was making the move as part of the acquisition and was happy with FCB's work.

The loss was the second in recent weeks for FCB, which saw the departure of Major League Baseball, an account estimated at $20 million.
