Sony nears decision on account

Published on .

Sony Pictures Entertainment is now closing in on making a decision for its $250 million business, according to executives. Two agencies are now in the running-- Zenith Media Services, New York, and incumbent Universal McCann, New York. WPP's The Media Edge, New York, which previously pitched the business, is out of the running. Sibling media shop MindShare USA, New York, consulted on The Media Edge presentation but was not formally part of the pitch.
